Today the plan was to help with dismantling at the tournament locations. However, due to some unforeseen problems I would only be able to help one hour and then I had to be driven back to the hotel as well and it was raining very hard, so we decided to leave the activities for today for what they were. I said goodbye to Gavin and his family, who have been great for me the past few days. They went back to Scotland, where they live and where there also was a chance of snow today, they told me (in April?!). So with nothing to do, I decided to go to a game of the local team Preston North End, who play in the second highest tier in English football. Coincidentally, they were playing at home today at 12.45PM, so I walked to the stadium, which was only a few minutes away, and bought a ticket for the game and I also bought a mug in the club store. During the game, Preston missed a penalty, which was met by anger among some people in the stadium, which they showed by swearing a lot. The game ended 0-1 to the away team and the team got booed off and the end. Then I went back to the hotel to warm up and relax. For dinner, I had to go out, but it was still raining, so I postponed it. I wanted to go the Subway, but due to my slowness it had closed already. I didn't want to go to McDonalds again, so I went to a supermarket to get a salad and some bread. This took much longer than expected, as most of the supermarkets were closed because of Easter Monday, so by the time I got to an Aldi that was opened, I was soaked. After eating, I packed my stuff for departure tomorrow.
